When does Acruxx open?
January 2027. Verification opens two weeks before that, so accepted agents are live on day one.
Which cities?
Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt lead at launch, with more locations live from day one. Tell us where you work in your application.
What does "accepted" mean?
Three things: we read your application, you pass the identity check, and your listings pass review before they go live. That is the standard every professional on Acruxx meets.
What does it cost?
Nothing to apply. Free accounts stay free. Every agent we accept gets six months of premium access after verification. The first 500 places are open now.
What is premium access?
Everything we build for professionals, unlocked from the day you are verified: your profile, your listings and the tools behind them. It is normally paid. For every agent we accept it is free for the first six months, whether you work on your own or bring a team.
I run an agency, or I am a developer or a landlord. Can I apply?
Yes. Tell us in the application. Agencies can bring their team in after verification.
How does verification work?
Identity first, then each listing. Nothing goes live until it has been checked, and we tell you exactly what we need from you before you start.
What happens to my details?
They are used to review your application and to send one short update a month. You can leave with one click.
